Ceci Cela Laurent Dupal has become one of my favourite pastry shops. Located on 55 Spring street, this French Patisserie became an obsession when a client and quasi mentor Keiko surprised me with these mousse delights on my birthday (which my terrible phone camera distorts). Now I’m obsessed with them, getting some when ever I’m in Soho (almost every day). Run, don’t walk. Do you know a great Patisseries to check out in New York ?
